When we reach the apogee of the journey, in the stratosphere - 25 km above Earth - you will be able to observe the Earth like never before. You will be immersed in the darkness of space, the infinite abyss of the universe surrounding the capsule. These conditions allow unparalleled observation of the Earth's curvature and its bluish halo, with a panorama of over 1,400 km unfolding before your eyes. We will accompany you to experience the "Overview Effect," a phenomenon that astronauts describe as a transformative experience, a cognitive shift, an unparalleled emotion. This is explained by the act of seeing the Earth from space, inducing a change in perception; your worldview will then shift.

Safety is our top priority. We surround ourselves with the best: our team includes experts in aeronautics, space and safety. Our partners include CNES, Airbus, Dassault, ESA and many other players in the space industry. The Zephalto experience, designed by experts, relies on 60 years of ballooning expertise of our historical partner, the French National Centre for Space Studies (CNES). Zephalto benefits from exclusive technology transfer and ongoing support. The capsule will be certified by the EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) to the highest safety standards and in accordance with current standards for passenger transport. This technological masterpiece is developed with the same design and certification requirements as the airliner that carries you on commercial flights. Certification will result in a Type Certificate, and the production control process will ensure that every capsule and envelope correspond exactly to the design approved by the EASA authorities. We have registered more than 200 operational procedures with INPI (Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle). In addition, more than 11 key safety patents are currently pending.

For the first year, you'll be departing from our spaceport in France. In the future, other spaceports will open their doors to allow boarding all over the world.

Each of the spaces includes a modular sofa that can be used for sitting or lying down, as well as a table. The lighting is also adjustable to customize your space as you desire. In the first year, only 360 travelers will have the opportunity the Zephalto’s experience and board Céleste. Therefore, seats are limited and must be reserved. Flight price per guest: 170,000 euros. The flight conditions are very similar to those of an airplane, the temperature is therefore temperate and you will not be weightless.

The capsule has a total capacity of 8 people: 6 passengers and 2 pilots will be present on each flight.

Traveling aboard Céleste requires no specific training or particular conditions. If you can travel by plane, you can board Céleste and fully enjoy the journey. The trips are open to everyone, without age or physical condition restrictions.
